Karl Rodrigues

Karl has an extensive background in R&D as well as the commercialisation of technology. This has come from working in telecommunications, banking and finance, gaming and wagering, health and manufacturing sectors.

As a past senior executive in Intel Capital, Karl reviewed many hundreds of business plans. He has led investments into a number of Australian and New Zealand companies that have been taken to IPO on the NASDAQ and AIM exchanges.  

Karl has also worked for companies such as the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Dascom and Digital.  He has consulted to organizations such as General Motors and the State Government of California.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Applied Computing Science from the University of Technology in Sydney and an MBA with Distinction from Griffith University in Queensland. Karl is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong, the USA and has extensive personal networks in South East Asia and India.
